INCAP ESTONIA SIGNED A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE ESTONIAN UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE FUND
We are excited to announce that Incap Estonia signed a cooperation agreement with the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (Eesti Töötukassa).
The ceremony of signing the cooperation agreement was held today at Incap’s Kuressaare factory. The Unemployment Insurance Fund was represented at the event by four people, including the chairman of the board, Meelis Paavel. Incap Estonia was represented by Helena Lee, the HR and Office Manager, Ene Tampuu, the Administration and Finance Manager, Ismo Kyllönen, the Operations Manager, and Tiit Priske, the Business Development Manager.
The purpose of the cooperation is to support Incap in finding and training new employees while helping the job seekers at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund to develop skills and start working in the industrial sector.
“Incap has been an important employer in Saaremaa for over twenty years and we want to continue this tradition. Although our latest equipment in the factory is highly automated, we will still need employees, who can help set up and operate our state-of-art machinery. Therefore, we are pleased to contribute to the expansion of know-how in the electronics industry in Saaremaa and to work with the Unemployment Insurance Fund to find specialists to develop our industry and contribute to the local economy,” said Greg Grace, Managing Director of Incap Estonia. “Given that our team is growing, we hope that closer cooperation will bring good results.”
Incap is the third company and the first manufacturing company in Saaremaa to have signed such an agreement with the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund.
