HOSTING THE INDUSTRY ACADEMY SPECIALISTS IN INCAP ESTONIA PLANT

Incap Estonia was pleased to host the “Tööstusakadeemia” (Industry Academy) specialists in our Kuressaare factory.

Our business development manager Tiit Priske introduced the guests to what we do in our factory, and technology manager Taavi Haandi gave a more detailed overview of the processes we use in our production. The factory visit conducted by our team was part of the visitors’ fifth study module about optimising the production processes and ensuring efficiency.

“Tööstusakadeemia” is training for field professionals, specialists, and experts, and it is aimed to increase the level of knowledge related to production management and organisation at different levels of company management. The participants of the training are from various companies across Estonia.
