We are excited to introduce Holly Berish, one of the invaluable team members at Incap US! As the Program/Purchasing Manager, Holly plays a vital role in managing a dedicated team of Program Managers, a Scheduler/Planner, and an assistant, all working tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service.
Holly’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Her career journey began at EBARA Solar, Inc., where she worked on research and development projects related to photovoltaics. Starting as a technician, she quickly advanced to become the supervisor of the clean room, involved in processing solar cells. Holly’s expertise and commitment led her to write procedures and facilitate efforts to achieve ISO 9001 certification for the company.
Following a temporary break to further her education and start a family, Holly found her way to Incap US (then Pennatronics) when funding for EBARA Solar ceased. She joined Pennatronics in Document Control and later transitioned into a Program Management position, where her skills and passion for customer service shone through. Over the years, Holly’s dedication and leadership have propelled her to her current position as Program/Purchasing Manager, leading her team with enthusiasm and determination.
As the Program/Purchasing Manager, Holly and her team are responsible for quoting, setting up supply chain programs, planning, and scheduling production. They work closely with suppliers, program and quality engineers, and production supervisors to provide real-time updates to customers. Holly believes that her team is the heart of Incap US, acting as the voice of their customers and driving the company’s success.
What Holly loves most about working at Incap US is the energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere. The collaborative spirit among team members from different business units fosters a supportive environment where knowledge and information are readily shared to help one another succeed. Holly is excited about the opportunity to work together to grow the business and achieve common goals.
Outside of work, Holly cherishes spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband and two sons. Watching sports brings her joy, and she is particularly excited to watch her younger son’s wrestling matches in college this year. She enjoys cooking, driving sports cars, relaxing by the pool, and relishing trips to the beach. As a pet lover, Holly also loves playing with her family’s chocolate Labrador.
