Hannes Jennsen joins Incap as Strategic Lead of IT
IT expert Hannes Jennsen joins the headquarters from 1st of May and the team of international electronics manufacturing services company Incap, to share his long-term experience in the electronics industry and take the lead in developing IT solutions for the entire group.
As the Strategic Lead of Incap’s IT, Jennsen’s main responsibilities will include developing and implementing Incap Group’s IT strategy in collaboration with teams across different countries, as well as the adoption of new IT solutions to keep up with technological innovations and further enhance the company’s competitiveness. “Hannes’ extensive experience in the electronics sector and his vision of the role of IT solutions in industrial companies will help us create even greater synergy and efficiency in the IT environment across Incap,” said Incap’s President and CEO, Otto Pukk.
Jennsen has extensive experience in the electronics industry, specifically in the field of IT solutions, where he has played a crucial role in fostering cooperation between various specialists and helping them find the best collaboration opportunities. Having worked for nearly 20 years at the international electronics companies Ahltronix, Enics and GPV, Jennsen has been responsible for IT projects and management essential to the industry at both specialist and manager levels. He has also been a key person in IT systems alignment projects during several mergers of Ahltronix, Enics, PKC Electronics and GPV.
“The role of IT solutions in industrial companies, particularly in the electronics sector, is continually growing. I don’t believe in focusing on a single direction of development; instead, I think it’s important to engage with all innovative solutions, such as implementing modern ERP, data analysis, automation, and digitisation. The biggest challenge here is finding the right balance between ideas and practicality,” Jennsen noted when commenting on industry trends. He sees Incap’s strengths in its flexibility, which is not common for large companies, as well as its strong management and the atmosphere prevailing within the team.
