First Aid Training at Incap India

Last month Incap India’s HR and safety teams coordinated a first-aid training program for the employees. This initiative aimed to equip our employees with essential life-saving skills, ensuring a safer workplace.

During the training, employees learned techniques to stabilise and manage fractures until professional help arrives. The training also covered the do’s and don’ts to mitigate the impact of snake bites, ensuring prompt and effective action. Participants were instructed on immediate steps to alleviate pain and prevent further complications from bee stings. Additionally, effective methods to treat and manage common sprains and strains were discussed.
