Are you ready to kickstart your career with hands-on experience in a lean, international environment? Incap HQ in Helsinki is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern in their later years of study to join our Finance and ESG team from mid-May to mid-August 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Finance and ESG team with data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in preparing internal and external financial documents and ESG reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Performing ad-hoc information gathering and basic business analysis.
- Help streamline data management processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- You have completed 3+ years of your Master’s or Bachelor’s studies. Your field can be e.g. Finance, Economics, or Environmental Science, as long as you meet the other requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can do attitude and problem-solving skills.
