Introducing Antti Lassila: Our Group Controller at Incap Corporation HQ!
Let’s meet one of our valued team members from Incap HQ! Antti Lassila serves as our Group Controller, playing a pivotal role in our financial operations. Read more about his educational background, career journey, and his life beyond work.
Antti’s educational journey led him to a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, specialising in accounting, from the University of Jyväskylä. With a solid academic foundation, he ventured into the professional world, starting his career as an Auditor at PwC. Later, he joined CGI, where he worked as a Business Controller within a specialised Business Unit focused on Manufacturing customers. His experience and expertise were instrumental in shaping his role at Incap.
As Group Controller, Antti’s responsibilities are diverse and encompass a wide array of financial tasks. From financial reporting and IFRS compliance to treasury management, M&A activities, financial development projects, and transfer pricing, Antti manages a broad spectrum of financial aspects crucial to Incap’s success.
What Antti appreciates most about his time at Incap is the dynamic nature of his role. With an ever-evolving set of tasks, each week brings new challenges and opportunities. However, what truly stands out for him is the incredible team spirit at Incap. He values the camaraderie and collaboration among his colleagues, making Incap an ideal workplace for him.
Outside of work, Antti enjoys an active and fulfilling life. In the summer, he indulges in cycling, exploring the scenic landscapes. When winter arrives, cross-country skiing takes centre stage, providing an exhilarating winter experience. Additionally, he dedicates time to his family’s forest plot, finding solace and balance in this hands-on endeavour. Currently, his free time is enriched by the presence of his 5-month-old daughter, adding joy and adventure to his life outside of work.
