Incap Slovakia presented dual education opportunities at an open door day
An open door day at the Ignac Gessay Secondary School of Information Technologies in Tvrdošín introduced students and parents to dual education options and practical training opportunities at Incap Slovakia.
An open door day was held at the Ignac Gessay Secondary School of Information Technologies in Tvrdošín, offering students, parents and other interested parties the opportunity to learn more about study options within the dual education system.
The school provided employers with a dedicated classroom where they could present their company, production activities and products. Incap Slovakia was represented by colleagues from production and maintenance, and the presentation was also attended by students who are already participating in dual education at Incap Slovakia. Their involvement helped give a practical perspective on what studying and working within the dual education system involves.
Incap Slovakia has been cooperating with the Ignac Gessay Secondary School for more than five years. As part of this long-term cooperation, the company is currently preparing the conditions for graduation exams for eleven dual education students in the fields of mechatronics and electrical engineering. Five students have expressed interest in completing a practical graduation exam, while the others will demonstrate their knowledge through a written graduation thesis.
Such events help raise awareness of dual education opportunities and introduce practical training options to new students. Incap Slovakia hopes this will encourage further interest in applying for practical training and support the continuation of its long-standing cooperation with the school.
