Meet the Team: Rebekah Thompson, Program Manager at Incap US

Let us introduce you to a valued member of our team at Incap US: Rebekah Thompson, our dedicated Program Manager. Here’s more about her background and journey to Incap.

Rebekah graduated from Penn State University in 2020 with a degree in Project and Supply Chain Management, completing her studies during the pandemic. Later that year, she began her career at Pennatronics as a Program Manager – a role she has now held for nearly five years as part of Incap US. Before joining Incap, Rebekah worked in several customer service positions, which helped her build strong communication skills and lasting customer relationships.

Although she initially envisioned a career in the medical industry, Rebekah soon discovered the opportunities that come with contract manufacturing. She was drawn to Incap’s role in supporting a wide variety of industries and contributing to the innovation of products that shape the future. Over the years, she has managed multiple customers, overseen purchasing and quoting processes, and earned the playful nickname of “Quote Queen.”

What Rebekah enjoys most about her work is the people and the collaborative spirit of the team. She appreciates the supportive environment where colleagues help each other succeed, as well as the constant need to adapt and think creatively in a fast-changing industry.

Outside of work, Rebekah recently celebrated a major milestone – her wedding in June 2025. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her younger brother, helping her parents and in-laws, and caring for her five pets: three miniature dachshunds, a goldendoodle, and an aussiedoodle. She and her husband are also busy making updates to their home and working on a shared hobby – enhancing her Pink Jeep Rubicon, which has already won its first award.
