We are proud to announce that Incap Estonia has been awarded the prestigious gold label for promoting mental well-being in the workplace! This recognition highlights the significant steps Incap Estonia, as an employer, has taken to support the mental health and overall well-being of our employees.
Incap Estonia has provided various ways to help our team cope with challenges, as difficulties can arise both at work and at home. It is important that employees feel empowered to seek help when they need it and make use of the available resources. These include our mental health first aiders, group activities, motivational packages, and gentle reminders to get enough sleep, stay active, and eat healthily. A balanced and cared-for employee is more motivated and contributes to a friendlier and more supportive work environment.
Receiving the gold label is the result of all our collective efforts and shows we’re on the right track. We aim to continue this journey and enhance our initiatives in the future.
Peaasi.ee issues mental well-being labels annually to recognise organisations that value their employees’ mental health and take conscious steps to support it. The label serves as an opportunity for organisations to reflect on their work environment from a mental well-being perspective.
