Correction release: Decisions of the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors’ organisational meeting

Incap Plc's Annual General Meeting was held in Helsinki on 10 May 2024. Incap revises its stock exchange release published on 10 May 2024 at 13.00 regarding the organisation of the Board of Directors. The members of the Audit Committee are Kaisa Kokkonen and Julianna Borsos and the members of the Remuneration Committee are Ville Vuori and Carl-Gustaf von Troil. Incap deviates from the Corporate Governance Code's recommendation of at least three committee members on the grounds of a low number of board members.

The stock exchange release incorrectly stated that Otto Pukk and Antti Pynnönen, members of the operational management, would also be members of the committees.
