The position was newly created in Slovakia, however it was already in place at our UK factory and they offered great support. The goal was for Slovakian factory to get in line with the UK factory in as many areas as possible, both management and process wise. I have been
in my role since then,” said Vlasta.
Her main responsibility as a Manager is to directly manage the account management department. Vlasta is responsible for monitoring the Account Manager Performance (sales forecast, stock monitor, material cost analysis) and deciding on measures aimed at fulfilling the monthly and yearly plans. She is also the first point of escalation for customer concerns or internal issues that could affect customer satisfaction.
