Incap Corporation will publish the following financial reports in 2024:

  • financial statements release for 2023 on Thursday 22 February 2024
  • annual and sustainability report for 2023 during week 14/2024 (week commencing on 1 April 2024)
  • business review for January–March 2024 on Wednesday 8 May 2024
  • half-year report for January–June 2024 on Friday 26 July 2024
  • business review for January–September 2024 on Friday 25 October 2024

The annual and sustainability report includes the report of the Board of the Directors, the financial statements of the Group and the parent company as well as the auditor’s report for the financial period 1 January–31 December 2023. At the same time, the company will also publish the report on corporate governance as well as the remuneration statement.

Incap’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday 10 May 2024 in Helsinki. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the General Meeting under the Limited Liability Companies Act addressed by the General Meeting, and the related request shall be sent by 31 January 2024 to the address Incap Corporation/Board of Directors, Bulevardi 21, FI-00180 Helsinki, Finland, or by e-mail to communications@incapcorp.com.
