NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP WEEK AT INCAP UK
Incap UK is proud to celebrate the UK National Apprenticeship Week 2022!
Our factory in the Incap UK offers apprenticeship opportunities and provides on the job training and full induction. We recruit apprentices each year to undertake a four-year workplace and college-based programme in general/electronic engineering practices, covering all aspects of Electronics Manufacturing.
During the programme, students attend Newcastle college on a day release basis. Successful competition on the programme enables them to achieve technician level. Students that wish to continue to higher education are given the opportunity to study for a further two years.
In order to thank our apprentices for their commitment, we held a ceremony during the UK National Apprenticeship Week 2022 and gave out engraved sets of gifts to our students here. Thank you for inspiring our team and contributing to our work at Incap. We continue to support and cheer you on!
