Incap Corporation will publish the following financial reports in 2025:

  • Financial statements release for 2024 on Friday 28 February 2025
  • Annual Report for 2024 during week 16/2025 (week commencing on 14 April 2025)
  • Business review for January–March 2025 on Friday 25 April 2025
  • Half-year report for January–June 2025 on Friday 25 July 2025
  • Business review for January–September 2025 on Friday 24 October 2025

The Annual Report consists of the Board of Directors’ report, including the Sustainability Statement, and the Financial Statements for the financial period 1 January–31 December 2024. At the same time with the Annual Report, Incap will also publish the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report.

Incap’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday 8 May 2025 in Helsinki. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the General Meeting under the Limited Liability Companies Act addressed by the General Meeting, and the related request shall be sent by 31 January 2025 to the address Incap Corporation/Board of Directors, Bulevardi 21, FI-00180 Helsinki, Finland, or by e-mail to communications@incapcorp.com.
