ANNOUNCEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES MARKET
ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS (OP Pohjola Group Central Cooperative)

According to the announcement given to us by OP Pohjola Group Central
Cooperative, the combined holdings of OP Pohjola Group Central Cooperative and
entities controlled by it as well as its subsidiaries and investment funds
administered by such subsidiaries, based on Incap's convertible promissory
notes, have declined below 5%.

Issuer of shares: Incap Corporation, business ID FI0608849-6

Reason for the notification of holdings: If the subscription right based on the
convertible promissory notes is realised in full, the share of holdings and
votes will not exceed 5% after the given date of change.

subscriptions for Incap Corporation's directed share issue)

Incap Corporation has today a total of 14,180,880 shares entitling to an equal
amount of votes. After the registration of the new shares of the directed share
issue, Incap has a total of 18,680,880 shares.
