Meet the Team: František Šustek, Production Team Leader on SMT Lines at Incap Slovakia

Meet František Šustek, our dedicated Production Team Leader on the SMT lines at Incap Slovakia. With over a decade of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, František is a key part of our team, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently during each shift.

Although František graduated from the Business Academy with a focus on economics and accounting, life led him down a different path—one that brought him into the world of electronics manufacturing. He discovered his passion for working with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) lines early in his career and has been fully committed to the field ever since.

František joined our company 12 years ago, starting out by repairing and maintaining feeders and preparing materials for production. He then moved on to operate SMT lines and, for the past six years, has served as a shift team leader. In his current role, he oversees shift operations, ensures material availability, and supports and motivates his team.

What keeps him inspired at Incap is the diversity of our production work. “Even after all these years, I’m still learning something new every day,” he says. He also values the strong sense of community within the team, both at work and beyond—colleagues often meet outside of work for social occasions.

Outside the factory, František has a green thumb. He’s passionate about gardening, especially growing chili peppers, which he enjoys sharing with colleagues during work meals. He’s also an active member of the works council, regularly participating in meetings with management to help improve the working environment and employee wellbeing.
