Meet the team: Dennis McClelland, Production Supervisor at Incap US

Let us introduce you to Dennis McClelland, one of our Production Supervisors at Incap US. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and warehousing, Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role.

Dennis’s path to Incap came somewhat by accident. He began as a temporary employee. Soon after, he was given the opportunity to operate the Ace Selective soldering machine, where his skills and leadership qualities quickly stood out. He advanced to Operator A (a team lead role) before being promoted to Production Supervisor in May 2022.

In his current role, Dennis is responsible for creating production schedules, delegating workloads, and making sure operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the factory. He particularly enjoys the challenges that come with producing high-quality PCBA assemblies and takes pride in keeping the flow of work organized and effective.

Outside of work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his fiancée and pursuing a variety of hobbies. A passionate cook, he especially loves smoking cured meats on his grill during weekends. He’s also a fan of American football (NFL) and plays video games when time allows.
