Shannon is a 22-year U.S. Army veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her journey with us began six years ago when we were still known as Pennatronics. Since then, Shannon has played an important part in optimising our material management processes and ensuring seamless operations.

As the Materials Supervisor, Shannon has a versatile set of tasks to manage, from inventory management to overseeing shipping and receiving operations. Her leadership skills help her guide her team through challenges.

What Shannon likes most about working at Incap is the fast-paced environment, which she greatly enjoys due to her active nature and the consistent tasks she is able to accomplish.

Beyond her professional life, Shannon finds joy in simple pleasures. You might catch her caring for her garden, grooving to her favourite tunes, or cherishing moments with her son and dog.
