Josh Edge completes apprenticeship at Incap UK

We are very proud to share some great news about Josh Edge and Incap UK. Josh Edge finished his Engineering Technician apprenticeship in October 2023. This is a big accomplishment and shows how hard he worked, especially when faced with challenges like the Covid-19 pandemic.

Josh started on his apprenticeship journey in September 2018, entering into a collaborative partnership with Newcastle-under-Lyme College and Incap UK. During this time the pandemic offered some unforeseen difficulties, including the inability to attend college.
The Engineering Technician apprenticeship has provided Josh with a robust foundation, equipping him with essential skills and knowledge in product design and development. Notably, Josh’s dedication extended beyond his apprenticeship, as he recently completed his Higher National Certificate (HNC), further enriching his expertise and readiness for the industry’s demands.

His successful completion of the apprenticeship not only reflects his personal achievements but also underscores the collaborative efforts of Newcastle-under-Lyme College and Incap UK in nurturing talent and fostering industry-ready professionals.
