The registration is open to Incap employees and students. All players must be at least 16 years old. Participation is free of charge.

Tournament
The tournament features 40 teams divided into four groups of 10, competing in a structured multi-stage format. Each matchup includes two maps. Matches begin at 12:00 EEST (10:00 BST).

What is ‘Incap Legends’?
‘Incap Legends’ is an international one-day esports tournament organised by Incap Corporation in partnership with Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG). The competition brings together student teams and selected Incap teams to compete remotely in Apex Legends, a team-based battle royale game.

Who can participate and how to register?
The tournament is open to students aged 16 and over from any country, as well as selected Incap teams.

- Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
All participants must join the official Discord server for team coordination and admin support.
When does the tournament take place?
The tournament will take place on 25 April 2026 as a fully remote, one-day event. Matches begin at 12:00 EEST (10:00 BST).
Tournament format and scheduling:
- A maximum of 40 teams will compete in the tournament
- Teams are divided into four groups of ten, competing in a structured, staggered format
- Stage 1: Group stage consisting of six matches with point accumulation
- Stage 2: Winners and lower brackets determine qualification for the finals
- Stage 3: Grand Finals using a Match Point format
- Final qualification is based on placement across brackets and total points
What are the prizes?
The tournament features a total prize pool of €5,000, distributed as follows:
- 1st Place: €2,500
- 2nd Place: €1,250
- 3rd Place: €750
- 4th Place: €500
Note: All prizes are subject to applicable taxes based on the laws of the winner’s country of residence.
