Incap Montronic GmbH, based in Glinde near Hamburg, has been providing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) since its establishment in 1992. The company specialises in PCB assembly, control cabinet manufacturing, assembly and testing of electronic components and systems. Through continuous growth, Incap Montronic has developed into a service provider with approximately 60 skilled employees, dedicated to delivering sophisticated, customer-focused solutions.
We offer a comprehensive and varied apprenticeship in a dynamic working environment. The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years (or 3 years if shortened) and includes additional practical training courses at external training facilities. Classroom-based vocational training takes place at the vocational school in Lübeck.
What You’ll Learn
- SMD production: Operating and setting up pick-and-place machines and carrying out all stages of the SMD manufacturing process
- THT production: Preparing components, through-hole assembly and manual soldering
- Functional testing of components and electromechanical devices
- Component programming and PCB testing
- Prototype assembly
Your Profile
- Secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss or equivalent), with good grades in mathematics and physics
- Good practical skills and enthusiasm for electronics
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
