Following Incap’s acquisition of Lacon Group on 3 December 2025, we held a webcast to introduce Lacon Group, to outline the main details of the transaction, introduce Lacon Group and its CEO, the strategic background of the acquisition, and the next steps.

The session was presented by Incap Corporation’s President and CEO Otto Pukk, CFO Antti Pynnönen, and CEO of Lacon Group Ralf Hasler.
