Incap celebrates young talent at Taitaja 2025 finals in Turku
Incap Corporation is excited to take part in the final stage of Taitaja 2025, Finland’s largest vocational education event, held from 5–8 May 2025 in Turku. As a proud supporter of the Championship and the Electronics skill category, Incap will be attending the finals to recognise the achievements of Finland’s skilled young talents and promote careers in technology and engineering.
Hosted at the Turku Fair Center and Turku AKK, the Taitaja finals bring together around 400 students from across the country to compete in 47 skill disciplines, covering sectors such as construction, ICT, food services, and manufacturing. The programme also features PLUS disciplines for students with special needs, and the Taitaja9 track competition for middle school students.
The event is free and open to everyone, offering hands-on simulators, technology demos, weather testing stations, and live performances. Visitors can also explore forest machinery, drone demonstrations, and attend expert talks focused on the future of working life and vocational education.
Incap representatives will attend the event on 6 and 7 May, supporting Electronics competitors and engaging with students interested in careers in the technology sector. This year’s theme, “Professional Skills for the Future”, aligns with Incap’s commitment to empowering the next generation and fostering innovation through hands-on technical education. We believe that building a skilled workforce is essential for a more agile, flexible, and sustainable future.
