Meet the Team: Jan Bjalon, Maintenance Supervisor at Incap Slovakia

We’re excited to introduce Jan Bjalon, our Maintenance Supervisor at Incap Slovakia. With a strong background in electronics mechanics and years of experience in industrial maintenance, Jan plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machines, equipment, and facilities.

Jan’s professional journey began with a high school diploma in electronics mechanics. Over the years, he gained valuable experience in various roles, including as a shift maintenance foreman at Kia Slovakia, where he trained in tire technology, hydraulics, and PLC programming. Later, he worked at Johnson Controls (later Visteon) before joining AWS—now Incap—in 2017. His main motivation for joining Incap was the opportunity to work without night shifts while contributing his expertise to a forward-thinking company.

In his role at Incap, Jan oversees machine and equipment maintenance, electrical revisions, and calibrations, ensuring everything runs efficiently. What he values most about working at Incap is the company’s commitment to investing in new, modern technology and equipment, helping drive continuous improvement in operations.

Outside of work, Jan is deeply involved in sports and music. He is the chairman of the floorball club FBK Hornets Mútne, dedicating much of his free time to managing the team, which competes in multiple state-level categories. Incap is proud to be one of the sponsors of FBK Hornets for the past two seasons! Additionally, Jan is a DJ, bringing energy to weddings and parties with his love for music.
