Meet the team: Paulina Lysa from Incap UK

Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap UK! Paulina Lysa is responsible for Fast Track Material Quotes and Purchasing at Incap UK. Find out more about her background and some other interesting facts!

Paulina has a master’s degree in Russian Philology and a Diploma of Higher Education Pre-primary Education and Primary Education study. Since she came to England, which was almost 9 years ago, she has had different jobs: Stock and Office Administrator at Purpless Ltd, Warehouse Operative at National Veterinary Services and VMU coordinator at Allied Bakeries (for Ethero Ltd).

“I found my way to Incap when one of the Ethero agents found my CV and recommended me a job offer from Incap,” said Paulina. She is currently responsible for the costing up and purchasing of electronic components and materials required for the manufacture of Printed Circuits Board assemblies within our FastTrack department at Incap’s factory in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Paulina’s responsibilities include obtaining electronic component pricing from Incap approved suppliers, obtaining bare board pricing to align with the customer requirements from Incap approved suppliers, entering the pricing, lead-times, minimum order QTYs and any other relevant information into spread-sheets, working to target completion times, raising purchase orders with our approved suppliers, and communicating effectively with other team members regarding the status of materials. “What I like the most about working at Incap are the people, the great atmosphere, and of course Fridays,” she added.

Paulina is a mother of two boys (4 and 14 years old). In her free time, she loves listening to music, watching movies and baking.
