Meet the team: Head of Vendor Development Mallikarjuna G.B. from Incap India

Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap India! Mallikarjuna is the Head of Vendor Development at Incap’s factories in India.

We are excited to introduce our team members from different factories and this time we are introducing Mallikarjuna from India! His main responsibility is new sourcing and developing customised parts, such as aluminium and sheet metal enclosures, plastic and rubber parts, fasteners, packing items, PCBs, cables, magnetics, etc.

Mallikarjuna holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication. He started his career in the electronics sector already before Incap, and worked in various positions. Mallikarjuna was a Production Supervisor, then moved to the central repair centre, and later also to warranty and parts management (both UPS and keyboards). In his next job Mallikarjuna worked as a Deputy Manager for Customer Support and for one year also as a UPS product specialist.

“I joined Incap in August 2009 after receiving a call from the company. I was the Production Manager until 2016. Then I moved to the Method Engineering department and in-house Magnetics Production department until 2018. In March 2019 I moved to Vendor Development – Mechanical where I worked as a Senior Manager. Now I am the Head of Vendor Development,” he described his exciting journey at Incap.

In his free time he likes to be with his family. “I am very happy with my job and I am proud to say that I am working at Incap. I am growing year by year in a business with high customer satisfaction. Incap takes good care of their employees and also their families,” says Mallikarjuna.
