INCAP ESTONIA PARTICIPATED IN THE PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF THE WORKING LIFE MANIFESTO
Ene Tampuu, Administration and Finance Manager of Incap Estonia, participated in the presentation and discussion of the working life manifesto created by the Non-profit Estonian Personnel Management Association (MTÜ Eesti Personalijuhtimise Ühing / PARE – developer of people management quality).
“Of course, at first we always look for labour locally, i.e. in Saaremaa, but it is difficult to find enough workers at the same pace as the steadily growing production volume. The digitalized and automated production line also needs operators. Considering the intense competition and growing shortage of labour, it is inevitable that for the growth of the industry as well as other sectors, it is important to find ways to bring foreign labour to Estonia with less red tape and on more equal terms with their co-workers,” said Ene Tampuu, Administration and Finance Manager of Incap Estonia
